This week’s challenge encourages us, without specifics, to talk about the singularity of things around us. Well, here’s a single sea gull, perhaps one of hundreds or more, which recently thrilled me with its aviator prowess on Canada’s west coast. What felt odd to me at the time is that all the other birds were in completely different areas of the beach, but this one – and this one alone – seemed to like it just where I was standing. I marvel at the shape of his wings here, and the control he showed in flight.
Keep on snapping!
